What kind of illness is this?

 In TCM low back pain is due to adrenal fatigue and subsequent muscle spasm. Joint pains are due to cold in the joint and adrenal fatigue. Signs of adrenal fatigue: exhaustion, cold hands and feet, lots of urine and blood sugar up-and-downs. 

What are the symptoms? 

Pain in the lower back, a lot of urine, cold hands and feet, tiredness.
