What kind of illness is this?

 In TCM autoimmunity comes when the Adrenal Glands are exhausted causing cold hands and feet, low back pain, lots of urine and blood sugar up-and-downs. Sex drive may also become low. Gentle cold herbs are given to reduce inflammation which is bottled up anger and serves as an alternative source of energy, while gentle warm herbs stimulate the Adrenals to support energy generation.
