The draw takes place once a month, until the 5th calendar day of each month. We will notify the winner in our Facebook post by the 10th calendar day. The winner will email us so we can schedule an appointment and possibly get any details about your issues. The consultation takes place at the end of each month.

What happens during our consultation?

It takes 30 minutes and needs an online platform only (Google Meet, Facebook Messenger or anything else).

A little T&Cs:

• be at least 18 years old
• A facebook profile in your own name (no Avatar, please)
• The consultation must take place by the end of the respective calendar month
• Sensitive patient data protection is to be done as per the GDPR of this website
• Whilst everything sensible will be done to make the most out of this activity, our team must not be held responsible for any technical, posting or communicational errors.
